Ostra Support Client Account Setup
Support Portal Access
To start, navigate to the Ostra main support portal at “Ostra.freshservice.com”
There are two methods to access the support portal depending on which kind of email service your company uses. To start we’ll go over the process for clients using Google Workspaces and/or Gmail. If you are using a different service such as Microsoft 365, please skip to the “Other Email” section of this guide.
GOOGLE/GMAIL
From the main portal page, select the “Login” option at the top right of the screen.
On the next page, select the “Sign in with Google” option.
From here you will be asked which Google account you would like to sign in with. If you have multiple accounts associated with your browser, you will see them all listed. Make sure you select the account that is associated with your company email.
From here you will be asked to confirm the login.
You have now successfully linked your accounts.
Other Email
From the main portal page, select the “Sign Up” option.
From here you will be asked to fill in some information about your account.

After completing the form, you will be sent back to the login page. From here select the “Forgot Password?” option.
Input the email you used to create your account and select “Request reset link.”
Once you complete the instruction in the password reset email, you can select “Login” from the main support page and use your new credentials to access the site.
