MDM Self-Enrollment - iPhone or iPad
Before you begin:

Know your device passcode.
- Know your Apple ID and password.
- Access the email from MaaS360.
Step 1: Access MDM Portal

If the MaaS360 email contained a link to your company portal, click on it on the device that you wish to install MDM. It will look like this: https://m.dm/#######.

If you don't have the URL for the MDM portal, contact support@ostra.net to obtain it. Open the link in your Safari browser.
Step 2: Authenticate
- At the prompt to Authenticate, enter the username, domain, and password provided in the MaaS360 email.
- Click Continue.

Step 4: Accept Terms
- Check the box to acknowledge and accept the terms.
- Click Continue.
Step 5: Download Profile
- If prompted, click Allow to download the configuration profile, then Close.
Step 6: Access Profile
- Go to your device Settings > General > VPN & Device Management.
- Click on MaaS360 MDM Enrollment.
Step 7: Install Profile
- Click on Install through the following prompts.

Click on Trust at the Remote Management prompt.
Step 8: Complete Profile Install
- Return to the Safari browser tab and click Continue through the next two prompts.
Step 9: Install Apps
- Click on Install or Manage in the pop-up for each application.
Step 10: Verify Icons
- The MaaS360 and App Catalog icons should be present in your home screen.
Step 11: Accept Terms
- Open the MaaS360 app and click Agree and Continue.
Step 12: Verify Apps in MDM
- Open the App Catalog and check that all of your work apps are listed. It may take several minutes for the status to show as Installed.
