How to Collect VPN Logs
1. Find the GlobalProtect icon and click it to open the user interface.

2. Select the menu icon (three stacked lines) in the upper right corner.

3. Select Settings.

4. Navigate to the Troubleshooting tab.

5. Click on Collect Logs and wait for the logs to generate.

6. Click on Open Folder to ensure the .zip file is created and save to Desktop.

7. Open a new email or email reply, attach the saved file, and send for review.*
* If the logs were requested as part of an ongoing investigation, please attached the file to a reply in that thread to ensure it is received by the support engineer handling the case.
