How to Connect to a New VPN portal
Follow these steps if GlobalProtect is already installed and you need to switch from the Ostra general always-on portal to a custom client portal.
1. Click on the GlobalProtect icon in your taskbar.

Start typing "GlobalProtect" into the search and click Open.

2. Disable or Disconnect the VPN.

3. Click on the menu icon and select Settings.

4. Click on the General tab. The current AOVPN portal will be displayed. Click on Add to add the new VPN portal.

5. Enter the new address into the Portal Address field and click Save.

6. Confirm that the new portal is now displayed under Portals in the General tab.

7. Select the new portal from the drop-menu and click Connect.

8. You will be redirected to a page to authenticate with M365 or Google Workspace credentials if the new portal has SAML auth enabled. Otherwise, you will be asked for a username and password. Check with your Ostra onboarding contact for access to these credentials.
9. Select the old portal and click Delete.
