Before you begin:

• Know your device passcode. 
• Access the email from MaaS360.

Step 1: Access MDM Portal

• If the MaaS360 email contained a link to your company portal, click on it on the device that you wish to install MDM. It will look like this: https://m.dm/#######.
• If you don't have the URL for the MDM portal, contact support@ostra.net to obtain it. Open the link in your Safari browser.

Step 2: Authenticate

• At the prompt to Authenticate, enter the username, domain, and password provided in the MaaS360 email.
• Click Continue.

Step 3: Steps

• Click Continue.

Step 4: Accept Terms

• Click I Accept.

Step 5: Download Profile

• Click Install.

• If prompted, click Allow to download.

Step 6: Access Profile

• Go to your device Settings > Privacy and Security > Profiles

• Click on MaaS360 MDM Enrollment.

Step 7: Install Profile

• Click on Install through the following prompts.

Step 8: Complete Profile Install

• Return to the Safari browser tab and click Continue through the next two prompts.

Step 9: Install Apps

• The MaaS360 App Catalogue and will automatically install. 

Step 10: Verify Icons

• The MaaS360 and App Catalog icons should be present on your tool bar.

Your Mac device is now enrolled with the Mobile Device Manager (MDM)
