Before you begin: Know your device passcode. Know your Apple ID and password. Access the email from MaaS360. Step 1: Access MDM Portal If the MaaS360 email contained a link to your company portal, click on it on the device that you wish to install MDM. It will look like this: https://m.dm/#######. If you don't have the URL for the MDM portal, contact support@ostra.net to obtain it. Open the link in your Safari browser. Step 2: Authenticate At the prompt to Authenticate, enter the username, domain, and password provided in the MaaS360 email. Click Continue. Step 3: Steps Click Continue. Step 4: Accept Terms Check the box to acknowledge and accept the terms. Click Continue. Step 5: Download Profile Click Install. If prompted, click Allow to download the configuration profile, then Close. Step 6: Access Profile Go to your device Settings > General > VPN & Device Management. Click on MaaS360 MDM Enrollment. Step 7: Install Profile Click on Install through the following prompts. Click on Trust at the Remote Management prompt. Click Done. Step 8: Complete Profile Install Return to the Safari browser tab and click Continue through the next two prompts. Step 9: Install Apps Click on Install or Manage in the pop-up for each application. Step 10: Verify Icons The MaaS360 and App Catalog icons should be present in your home screen. Step 11: Accept Terms Open the MaaS360 app and click Agree and Continue. Step 12: Verify Apps in MDM Open the App Catalog and check that all of your work apps are listed. It may take several minutes for the status to show as Installed. Step 2: Install IBM MaaS360 App Click Install under Instructions > Install MaaS360 app from Google Play Store. Click Install again to download the app to your phone. Click Open to go to the app. Step 3: Download Profile The Email Address and Corporate ID will be auto filled. If not, use information sent in the MaaS360 email. Click Continue. Click Accept & Continue to set up your work profile. Wait while the profile is installed. Click Next. Step 4: Access Profile Username and Domain should be auto filled. If not, use information sent in MaaS360 email. Click Continue. Enter the password sent in the MaaS360 email. Click Continue. Check the box to accept terms and click Continue. Step 5: Validate Setup Click Continue to finish profile setup. Verify that the icon below shows up on your home screen or list of installed apps. Step 6: Review apps Click on App Catalog to view apps managed through MDM. Contact support@ostra.net if any work apps are missing from the portal. (Your list of apps may be different form the example provided.) Step 7: Install Apps Click on each app you need from your app catalog. Click on Install to download the app. Click Continue to be redirected to the Google Play Store. Click Install. Click Open. Log into the app as normal. Repeat for each app you need from your app catalog. Step 8: Review apps in work profile You will see the tabs Personal and Work on your app screen. Click on the Work tab to view the list of apps now managed through MDM. Step 9: Delete work apps from Personal profile If you have apps that are under both Personal and Work tabs, uninstall them from the Personal profile. All done! Step 10: Verify Icons The MaaS360 and App Catalog icons should be present on your tool bar.
